Scaffolding Services Across the Midlands

Access Planned Around the Programme

Good access is about more than erecting scaffold.

We look at how the project is being built, which trades need access, when they need it and how the scaffold needs to change as the work progresses.

From the initial scaffold through to adaptations and dismantle, the aim is to keep access aligned with the programme and ready for the people relying on it.

Planning

Drawings, programme, site logistics, sequencing and access requirements are reviewed before work starts so labour and materials can be organised properly.

Delivery

Scaffold is built safely, handed over correctly and prepared around the requirements of the trades using it.

The Right Scaffold System for the Project

Uniti works with both traditional tube & fitting scaffold and Plettac Metrix system scaffold.

We do not try to make one system fit every project. The access solution is selected around the building, programme, site conditions and how the scaffold will be used.

Tube & Fitting

Traditional tube & fitting provides a highly flexible access solution for projects with complex layouts, unusual structures, changing elevations or bespoke access requirements.

It remains an important part of our commercial, industrial, maintenance and refurbishment work.

Plettac Metrix provides a fast, consistent and adaptable system for projects where repeatability and programme speed are important.

We have invested heavily in Metrix for new-build, timber-frame and suitable commercial projects where system scaffold can improve the efficiency of delivery.
